By participating, you agree to the Official Rules below.

• Offer is available only to existing Archpoint Implant Dentistry patients.
• Referring patients receive one entry into the prize drawing when their friend or family member begins treatment (deposit paid).
• Referred patient must mention the referrer’s name at or before the time their deposit is paid in order for the referral to qualify. Referrals claimed after the deposit has been processed will not be eligible.
• The referred patient receives a $1,000 per arch discount on their full fixed arch treatment. Offer applies only to single- or double- full fixed arch treatments. Offer cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.
• Treatment must be booked by December 31, 2025 to be eligible.
• Prize: One winner will receive a $2,000 grocery store gift card. Winner may select the grocery store from the following list: Walmart, H-E-B, Kroger, Tom Thumb / Albertsons, Target, ALDI, Trader Joe’s, Sprouts Farmers Market, Whole Foods.
• Winner must sign a publicity release.
• Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued.
